Talbot Trail Golf Club

One of the great social events at our club. Most weeks groupings are made randomly while the competition format changes with input from league participants; all in the spirit of friendly good-fellowship.  Weekly menu specials offer a great time to extend your social outing after golf. Monthly scrambles are followed with a pot luck dinner that add to great camaraderie that only a small town golf club may offer.

Thursday nights 5:30 shot gun start beginning May 19th to September 8th.

Two to choose. Whether your’re seeking the best of competition or simply a couple of hours of well deserved social golf our two ladies leagues will fill that niche. Tee times are booked exclusively for league play on Wednesday nights and Thursday mornings. You are encouraged to participate in both leagues if your time allows.

Wednesday night: Pick your own group or sign up as a single. Tees are booked from 5:15  to 6 o’clock and beyond if necessary. Menu specials each week to extend your fellowship. Monthly scramble joined by significant others followed by a pot luck buffet and prizes. Wednesday mornings July6 to August 31. The perfect outing for beginners as well as those wishing to improve under a supervised setting. Ages from 8 and up with placings in either beginner, 5 hole or 9 hole groupings. Hot dog and pop included weekly. 9 hole players begin at 7:30 with all others at 9:30. Sign up changed to Tuesday May 24th from 5-7 pm. at the clubhouse . Volunteers are welcomed

New this year! Sunday afternoons with tee times from 4 pm. Nine hole Junior League for those golfers looking to honour the game of golf with  structure, etiquette and a higher level of competition. Season long competition.  A league encouraging our future stars to take their golf passion to the next level. Begins May15 to August 28. Our most popular league. Tuesday shotgun starts with 1p.m. in May and 9am June through September. Weekly random group selections. Individual scoring each week with a scramble format once per month. Barbecue follows the scramble along with prizes. New this year will be a weekly lunch special for those wishing to extend their fellowship in the clubhouse following golf. Weather permitting, the league may start in April.

Monday nights since the mid sixties. A great night of golf offering you a chance at weekly cash prizes, competing against fellow golfers of similar handicaps. Make up your own group or just drop in, tees are closed from 4pm for  league members. Individual scoring weekly with a monthly  5:30 shotgun scramble format and dinner following golf.
